Launching your own church app in two steps.
After a personal introduction in which we take you through the onboarding process, we will go through two phases together. After Phase 1, we will build the app and in the meantime you will enter Phase 2. The first phase contains mandatory components, and the second phase ensures a greater success guarantee when launching the app. You can already read the information here.

Customize the app to your municipality
Your church app is an extension of your church. The groups and initiatives that already exist in your church will naturally also have a place in your app.
Spread and encourage responsibility
After setting up and introducing the app, the admin tasks are much less labor-intensive, but still crucial. Here we give you an overview of the admin roles, responsibilities and tips.
Ensure smooth registration in the app
There are several ways to add members in the app.
Make sure the app provides information. For example, when it comes to the agenda. You can use the agenda template (you can download it here) to fill the agenda with, for example, the sermon schedule, who's turn it is with the kids club and what time the weekday circle is. You can also choose to add the different schedules to different groups, so that only the person concerned can see the agendas. What is even easier is to make the connection with an online agenda. With an .ics link we can activate the connection so that the agenda retrieves information from the source. This way you only have to keep the agenda in one place and it is automatically adjusted in the app.
