Wij creëren mobiele oplossingen die je doen glimlachen. Die slogan staat centraal bij Touchwonders, het bureau waar ik twee jaar lang User Experience designer was. Gespecialiseerd in Business to Business en maatwerk applicaties onderscheiden zij zich als een team van iOS specialisten. Voor onder andere Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Bentley en Lamborghini dealers gingen we aan de slag. Die bedrijven zagen het grote belang van investeren in een optimale mobiele gebruikers en klantervaring. Daarmee konden ze uiteraard hun bedrijf en bedrijfsnaam uitbouwen maar ook interne werkprocessen optimaliseren. De uitdaging is mobiele technologie gebruiken om daadwerkelijk meerwaarde te leveren aan je doelgroep.

But I've learned that the success of your mobile application depends on more than just creating added value. The importance of a great user experience is becoming increasingly clear in the business world. Products must work efficiently and be a pleasure to use. As cool as it was to design complex commercial apps, I now want to use that experience for God's business. That is why I consciously chose the mission of Donkey Mobile. As a User Experience designer, it is my responsibility that the product seamlessly matches the wishes, working methods and expectations of users. From organizing workshops to testing the designs made. Everything you do as a UX designer must contribute to an optimal user experience. The church deserves that too.
For me, the translation of my work at Donkey Mobile to God's kingdom is very important. In my visionfollow God not only, but also together in community with others. How are you involved in your community? How are you part of the body of God’s church? Mobile technology offers many opportunities to support both social connection and practical organization. If mobile is so important in business, how much more important is it to support God’s kingdom!
