My app has stopped working

Did you get a notification in your app that you need to update/check your phone's operating system?
Annoying! How do you fix this?

1. Check if you can update your phone

  1. On your phone, open the phone settings.
  2. Go to the general settings.
  3. Search for "software update"
  4. Let your device search for a new software update and click update. Turn on automatic updates if possible.

2. Update your church app

Find your church app in the App/Play Store and update the app.

If you do not have the latest version of the app, a button will be displayed labeled “update”.
