At Donkey Mobile, we combine professional skills from the software industry with a passion for the church. We are driven by the desire to strengthen church life through the most used communication channel: the smartphone. With our Donkey Mobile platform, we enable churches to create an app that works seamlessly and intuitively and can compete with the best apps on the market in terms of user-friendliness. In the Netherlands, 130,000 people already use our platform - now we want to strengthen our development team to further expand this success.

Your role



As an iOS Developer at Donkey Mobile, you will play a key role in realizing our mission. You will develop and maintain our native iOS app, ensuring that it is not only functional and scalable, but also works seamlessly for our users. You have a keen eye for detail and see every bug as a challenge to reach our standard of perfection. In addition, you will work together with a passionate team to further refine our technology and implement innovative solutions.

What we ask:

• iOS experience: You have demonstrable experience with iOS development, whether through a completed technical education or through self-taught skills. Show us what you can do!
• Tech savvy attitude : you know iOS of course but you are also enthusiastic about mobile and the technological possibilities. You like to hear about new features and understand when we talk about the Notch, Apple Intelligence or haptic feedback.
• Knowing what you are working for: You have an affinity with our target group and are enthusiastic about the goal we have on the horizon.
• Scalability:It is important to realize that we are a platform. We centrally develop a technology that enables churches to place their own app in the app store. So you write the code once and it is reused per church.
• Attention to detail: We see building an app as craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on making sure our apps work smoothly and without friction. That's why we care about the details - another small glitch? Fix it!
• Openness:At Donkey Mobile we want to help each other. If you get stuck somewhere, we will look together at how we can solve this. For this it is essential that you are open about decisions and problems.
